Refund Policy
Free Listings
Free listings on MovingCosts.com are provided at no cost and require no payment. There is nothing to refund for free listings.
Monthly Subscription Plans
Monthly Premium and Featured plans are billed on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support@movingcosts.com.
Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. Your listing will revert to the free tier at the end of the billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@movingcosts.com and we will review your case.
Annual Subscription Plans
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate. Annual plans are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
ā You were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error ā The service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end ā You request a cancellation within 48 hours of your initial purchase and have not used the service
To request a refund under these circumstances, contact support@movingcosts.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.
Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us at support@movingcosts.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of your listing while the dispute is under review.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
1. Log into your dashboard at movingcosts.com/dashboard 2. Click "Billing & Plans" in the left navigation 3. Click "Cancel Plan" 4. Confirm your cancellation
You can also cancel by emailing support@movingcosts.com with your account email and listing ID. We will process your cancellation within 1 business day.
